THEME OF CONFERENCE
Developing Entrepreneurship and Innovation across the Nordic and Baltic Countries.
TRACKS
As always we invite conference participants to relate to issues in Small Business and Entrepreneurship Research. However, we would also like to emphasise the importance of the general conference theme of entrepreneurship and innovation and the geographical contextualisation - the focus on the Nordic and Baltic countries. In particular we encourage papers dealing with sub-themes as specified below, representing tracks in the coming conference:
The role of entrepreneurship and innovation in regional/societal development
Entrepreneurs, clusters and innovation systems in contexts of local/metropolitan/regional development
Corporate entrepreneurship/managing entrepreneurship in organisational contexts
Internationalization and cross cultural entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship education; entrepreneurship and the educational system; learning and entrepreneurship
WORKSHOPS
In addition to submitting papers, we encourage participants to suggest themes of workshops to be held during the conference.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE
Scholars from all over the world are welcome. The conference language is English. In spite of the conference name and its Nordic origin, the Nordic Conference on Small Business Research has evolved into an international venue with participants from all over Europe, as well as from other parts of the world.
